The inspiration for la Femme Cygne was born one day whilst cycling along the River Inn. The frequent floods create small pools where birds and swans come to rest. It was from this experience that the artist saw a swan, and so began the story of the swan that transforms into a young woman very early in the morning… as soon as human noise is heard, it transforms back into a swan…
