About the Exhibition
Art, community engagement and special encounters characterised the Heartbeats Swiss Tour 2022, which included stops in Lucerne and Ascona.
A highlight was the Elephant Parade® Gala Night on 1 October 2022 in Rapperswil. As part of the charity auction, TARA, the colourful female elephant by Isabelle Habegger, was also auctioned off. A regional property company won the bid and subsequently gave TARA a new home on its premises.
The Heartbeats Tour had previously taken the organisers to Kurplatz in Lucerne and Piazza Torre in Ascona. In collaboration with Swiss Solidarity, the project combined art with social engagement and brought the colourful hearts into public spaces.
